Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026 · Applies to the Siroo: AI Pet Care app

Siroo is developed and published by INSPIREUI COMPANY LIMITED (InspireUI, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Siroo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
• The information you give us should be accurate. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

2. Siro and health information

• The health record and its PDF contain information you entered yourself, not a certificate from a clinic.
• Reminders help you remember, but may not appear if notifications are off, your phone is out of battery, or the app hasn't been opened for a while. You remain responsible for your pet's care.
• Place information (opening hours, phone numbers, reviews) comes from Google Maps and may be out of date. Call ahead before you go.
• The number of questions to Siro per day is limited by plan and resets at your local midnight.

3. Your content

The profiles, logs, photos and questions you enter remain yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit that content only to run Siroo for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

4. What you must not do

• Use Siroo for anything unlawful, or send content that is violent, sexual, depicts animal cruelty or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt unauthorised access, scan or overload our systems, or get around usage limits or paid features.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, its artwork, the Siro character or Siroo's content.
• Present Siro's answers as professional veterinary advice.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Siroo Plus and payment

• Siroo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your store's currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews at the same price and length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The unused part of a current period is not refunded, unless the law or the store's policy says otherwise.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google Play under their policies.
• If the price changes, the store will notify you and ask for consent as its rules require before your next renewal.
• Deleting your Siroo account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in your store first.
• Plus features may be added or adjusted. If we remove a major feature you paid for, we will tell you in the app in advance.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its interface, illustrations, the Siro character, music and sounds belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Siroo on your devices under these terms. Map and place data belong to Google. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• Siroo is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or that all information is accurate.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for damages from relying on Siro's answers, reminders or place information instead of a veterinarian's advice.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Siroo Plus in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. App Store and Google Play terms

If you downloaded Siroo from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

9. Termination

You can stop using Siroo at any time by deleting your account. We may discontinue Siroo, and will give at least 30 days' notice in the app if we do, unless otherwise required.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation over email. If that fails, they will go to a competent court in Vietnam, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

11. Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we will update the effective date and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Siroo after that means you accept the new version. Contact: siroo.petcare@gmail.com · INSPIREUI COMPANY LIMITED.

Vietnamese version: Điều khoản sử dụng. If the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
