Delete your Siroo account
You can delete your Siroo account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Siroo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted, then tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: Request by email
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email siroo.petcare@gmail.com from the address registered with Siroo with the subject "[Delete account]". We may ask a question to confirm you own the account, then delete it within 7 days and let you know.
Subscribed to Siroo Plus? Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Turn off auto-renew in the App Store or Google Play first so you aren't charged again. See how to cancel.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: email, password, Google or Apple link.
- Your pets' profiles and logs: meals, water, weight, medication, symptoms, allergies.
- Health records: vaccinations, appointments, reminders.
- All conversations with Siro and the photos you sent.
- Backyard scenes, decorations, streaks, settings and usage counters.
- Place reports you submitted.
What is kept
- Automatic database backups may contain your data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. Backups are used only to restore the system after an incident.
- Siroo Plus purchase history is kept by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat under their accounting and legal obligations. It is no longer linked to your profile or pet data.
- Emails you sent to support are kept for up to 2 years. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Only want to delete some data?
You don't need to delete your account. In the app you can delete individual pets, log entries, vaccinations or reminders. For other data, email siroo.petcare@gmail.com.
