Privacy Policy
In short: We only collect what the app needs to work: your account, your pets' profiles and care logs, and the questions you send Siro. Location is used only when you search nearby or turn on real weather, and is not stored as a history. We don't sell data, show ads or use ad trackers. You can delete your account and all its data from inside the app.
1. Who is responsible
Siroo is developed and published by INSPIREUI COMPANY LIMITED (developer name on the stores: InspireUI; "we", "us"). We decide how personal data in Siroo is processed. For any privacy question, write to siroo.petcare@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account: email address and password (stored as a one-way hash; we can't read it). If you sign in with Google or Apple: name, email and profile picture as described in section 4.
- Pet profiles: name, species, breed, coat colour, size, sex, date of birth, neutered status, meal schedule, water goal.
- Care log and health: meals, water, weight, medication, symptoms, allergies, vaccinations (vaccine, date, clinic, notes), appointments and reminders.
- Chats with Siro: your questions, photos you attach, and Siro's answers.
- In-app preferences: language, backyard scene, decorations, streaks, sound settings.
- Place reports: when you report a clinic as closed or listed with wrong information.
- Messages you send us: the content of support or partnership emails.
Data collected as you use the app
- Location (only with your permission): when you use the Explore tab or turn on real weather for the backyard. Your location is sent to our servers to find places or fetch the weather, and the result is returned. Weather results are cached per area of about 10 km, not tied to your account. We do not keep a location history and do not track your location in the background.
- Photos and camera (only when you choose): only the photos you pick or take to send to Siro. The app does not read your photo library.
- Notifications: reminders are scheduled on your phone. We don't collect push notification tokens.
- Siroo Plus: subscription status and expiry date, received from the App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. We never see your card or payment details.
- Technical data: your time zone (to reset the daily question limit at your midnight), usage counters that prevent abuse, and server error logs.
Siroo does not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data from Google and Apple
Sign in with Google: Siroo only requests the basic openid, email and profile scopes, meaning your Google account's name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create your account, sign you in and show your name in the app. Siroo does not access Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data. This data is not transferred to anyone except the authentication provider listed in section 6, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models.
Siroo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sign in with Apple: we receive your name (if you share it) and your email, or an anonymous relay address if you choose "Hide My Email". We use it the same way as Google data.
5. The AI assistant Siro
- When you ask Siro something, our server sends your question, any attached photo, the recent conversation and the pet details needed to answer (species, breed, age, weight, allergies, vaccinations, medication, the last 7 days of logs) to Anthropic to generate the reply. Your email and name are not sent.
- Under Anthropic's current commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train models. Anthropic may retain it for a limited time to detect abuse.
- Your conversations and photos are saved to your account so you can read them again, in private storage only your account can access.
- Siro's answers are generated by AI, may be wrong, and do not replace advice from a veterinarian.
6. Service providers
We only share data with providers that help run Siroo, under data processing terms and only as needed:

When you share a health record PDF, the file is created on your phone and only goes where you send it. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
7. How long we keep data
- Account data, pet profiles, logs, chats and photos sent to Siro: until you delete them or delete your account.
- When you delete your account, your data is removed from our live systems immediately. Automatic backups may keep it for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
- Usage counters and weather and place caches: kept only briefly.
- Purchase records: kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their legal obligations.
- Support emails: kept for up to 2 years, or deleted sooner on request.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Vietnam's personal data protection laws, and the GDPR if you are in the EU), you have the right to:
- Access and correct your data, directly in the app.
- Delete it: Me → Delete account, or follow the account deletion steps.
- Get a copy of your data: email us from your account address and we'll reply within 30 days.
- Withdraw consent: turn off location, photos, camera or notifications any time in your phone settings.
- Object to or restrict processing, and complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Send requests to siroo.petcare@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on a request.
9. Security
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Each account can only reach its own data, enforced by database-level access rules. Photos sit in private storage. Service secret keys live only on our servers, never in the app. No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Children
Siroo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Some providers in section 6 run servers outside Vietnam, for example in the United States or Asia. By using Siroo, you agree that your data may be transferred to and processed there, with protections consistent with this policy.
12. Changes and contact
